Privacy

SteuerAnalyst operates an intake and matching service. We take a deliberately minimal approach to data: we collect what we need to understand your situation and make a good match, and nothing more.

What we collect

• Your intake answers — the structured details about your tax situation (residence, canton, income type, exposures, what you need). You can complete this anonymously.
• Contact details — only if you provide them, so we can send you your match. A name and email is enough.
• Basic technical data — standard, privacy-respecting analytics to keep the service working. No advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your intake answers so a specialist on our team can assess your case and select the right advisor. We use your contact details solely to reach you about your match and the introduction. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing with advisors

This is the part that matters most: nothing identifying you is shared with any advisor until you approve the introduction. Before that point, an advisor may see the structured brief — the shape of your case — but not who you are. When you say yes, and only then, we pass your details to the matched advisor so they can contact you directly.

Your rights

Under Swiss data-protection law (revDSG) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you can request access to your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent at any time. To do so, email privacy@steueranalyst.ch and we'll act promptly.

Any advisor introduced through SteuerAnalyst is an independent professional. The advisory relationship, its terms and its fees are agreed directly between you and the advisor. While we vet advisors on credentials, registration and specialism, we are not responsible for the advice they give or the outcome of your engagement.

Indicative complexity assessments and fee ranges shown during the intake are estimates to help orient you, not binding quotes. Your advisor's actual fee is agreed between you.
